We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for your private instance, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice when necessary for security or stability.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice to users.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to pay fees, or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy. You may request a data export before termination.
